I Can Cope resources - Pre-Surgery Meeting: Prepare for Breast Surgery
A group for women preparing for surgery. Meets every Thursday from 3:00 p.m. - 4:30.p.m.

An opportunity to prepare for Breast Surgery, including Guided Imagery Instruction and Practice with Susan Ezra and Cindi Cantril.

The Institute for Health and Healing provides a variety of integrative care options, such as massage, nutrition and guided imagery, focused specifically for cancer patients.
This service is offered to all MCI cancer patients. Marin General Hospital's Nutrition Counseling Service offers personalized nutrition counseling for interested individuals. Services cover the full spectrum of nutritional concerns from general nutrition topics to specialty areas, including Cancer, Diabetes and Heart Disease.
The Oncology Dietitian specializes in the nutritional care of individuals undergoing cancer treatment. She is available to meet with patients and family members to discuss nutrition concerns and develop individualized strategies for optimizing nutrition during any phase of cancer care. There is a fee for this service, based upon the length of the consultation. Please check with your insurance company regarding coverage for nutrition counseling prior to scheduling your appointment.

Periodic workshops focused on card making, scrap-booking, healing art, and other creative activities.

A casual group for cancer patients, their caregivers and loved ones of any age. Taught by Martha Auld who will help beginners cast on and share tips with seasoned knitters.
