  • Breast Cancer Mentor Program
    One-on-one matching of a new patient with someone who has survived breast cancer and wants to help a new patient.

  • Lymphedema Clinic
    Physical therapists who have expertise in treating lymphedema (arm swelling) through exercise, compression and manual lymph drainage (MLD). Ask your doctor for a referral. By appointment only. Please call Deborah Lennon, MPH, at

  • A Lady’s Touch
    Visit the Cancer Resource and Recovery Center on the first floor of 1350 S. Eliseo Drive for a referral or contact the store for a personal consultation. Consultations by appointment only.

  • Integrative/Holistic Medicine Including Massages, Nutrition, Guided Imagery and Other Services
    The Institute for Health and Healing provides a variety of integrative care options, such as massage, nutrition and guided imagery, focused specifically for cancer patients.

  • Marin General Hospital's Nutrition Counseling Service
    This service is offered to all MCI cancer patients. Marin General Hospital's Nutrition Counseling Service offers personalized nutrition counseling for interested individuals. Services cover the full spectrum of nutritional concerns from general nutrition topics to specialty areas, including Cancer, Diabetes and Heart Disease.

    The Oncology Dietitian specializes in the nutritional care of individuals undergoing cancer treatment. She is available to meet with patients and family members to discuss nutrition concerns and develop individualized strategies for optimizing nutrition during any phase of cancer care. There is a fee for this service, based upon the length of the consultation. Please check with your insurance company regarding coverage for nutrition counseling prior to scheduling your appointment.

  • Art Activities for Healing
    Periodic workshops focused on card making, scrap-booking, healing art, and other creative activities.

  • Self-Image Enhancement
    Periodic, free programs offering demonstrations of scarf tying, make-up application, and fashion updates. Look for workshop announcements in the Breast Cancer Resource Center newsletter, and the Breast Cancer Resource Center's program schedules. Call 415-925-7920 for more information.

  • Knitting Circle for Squares
    A casual group for cancer patients, their caregivers and loved ones of any age. Taught by Martha Auld who will help beginners cast on and share tips with seasoned knitters.
    Ongoing, 1st and 3rd Mondays 5:00p.m. to 6:30p.m.

  • Art & Imagery Support Groups
    These groups use the power of Guided Imagery, creative exploration and shared experiences to help enhance healing.

  • "Moving On" Breast Cancer Support Group for Women Who Have Completed Treatment
    An opportunity to explore similar issues and concerns with others who have completed treatment. This is an ongoing drop in support group.
    1st and 3rd Tuesdays of every month, 6:45 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. 1st Floor Conference Room, 1350 S. Eliseo Drive, Greenbrae

  • Lymphedema Information and Support Group
    For women diagnosed with lymphedema. An opportunity to exchange and gain information about lymphedema.
